There is great spiritual deception when it comes to terrorism. Leaders are no longer capable of understanding the treat we face and therefore unable to formulate a solution.
They are deceived and lack wisdom because they do not recognize or fear God. The bible states that people are corrupt in their thinking when the reject God and this is what we face in the fight against terrorism.
