Same Sex Marriage and Lawless Judges of Supreme Court
Well, it happened. Just an hour after this program was recorded on Friday June 28th, the Supreme Court declared America no longer operated under the US Constitution but some other authority.
According to Justice Scalia the 5-4 decsion to discard state laws defining marriage between a man and a woman, as has been the definition for over 6 thousand years, was made without even the veneer of law.
Is the law or that matter the constitution we operate under subjective to the opinions and worldviews of the generation of the moment or does it hold a more important role.
