The Supreme Court of the Unites States of America has struck once again in its efforts to destroy the constitution and violate the oath of office each justice took and decree that others must do the same.
After all the justices swore to uphold the constitution of the United States of America which included the First Amendment and did not included a warped interpretation of the other amendments.
Without any explanation or a fair hearing of the case, Rowan County, Kentucky Clerk Kim Davis, has been denied her appeal to the US Supreme Court to overturn the lawless U.S. District Judge David L. Bunning’s order to issue same sex marriage certificates.
In June, the Supreme Court created a right to immorality that is plainly not there, unless you just make it up which is what the majority clearly did. They found the right to destroy marriage to make room for something else.
Kim Davis is opposed to issuing same sex marriage licenses because she believes the ruling to be immoral and illegal, she also refuses to allow her staff to issue the licenses either because they would bear her name and signature.
The Kentucky clerk was the first real test of the court’s ruling against the First Amendment of the constitution, freedom of religion, and as usual the court silently denies the conflict until it finds a case it can use to truly weaken this most important freedom.
The days of freedom and liberty in America are numbered if they even still remain. Satan and the godless that knowingly or unknowingly follow him are the enemy of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, because only in the Lord is there liberty found.
