It may be temporary in the extreme but a federal judge has blocked the Obama administration in its attempts to promote the abomination of transgenderism in public schools and in particular the bathrooms.
Judge Reed O’Connor of the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Texas has ruled that the federal government has violated current law by writing new law that is beyond the power of the executive branch and its various agencies who have been telling state and local governments that they must accommodate confused cross dressers in their hedonism by allowing them to have access to the opposite sex restroom.
It goes further than that however, as schools in North Carolina and Albuquerque are attempting to make it against school policy to address boys and girls as, well, boys and girls.
Judge O’Connor is but a single federal judge and it is unlikely that his ruling will stand but the US Supreme Court has blocked a decision by the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals that would allow a Virginia girl to use the boys restroom. Does that mean the Supremes would be apposed to the transgender bathroom policy of the Obama administration? Hardly.
The same psychology used to gain same sex marriage rights is being employed in breaking the last vestiges morality in our schools and public restrooms. Words such as rights and discrimination are used to make us feel some amount of guilt and doubt about the morality of this issue.
The two fold goal of the Obama administration is clear, first the remnants of Christian values must be swept away to remove the resistance we might bring as America is fundamentally transformed, once we give in on this issue what little fight is left in the USA will be pretty much gone.
Second, it is important to the future of big government that the congress only make laws when much fanfare is needed. The Obama administration would prefer that executives appointed by the president make the laws now using regulations that are not voted on and accountable to the people like congressmen and senators.
The law making process is too cumbersome otherwise and there are big things that need to be done and the country cannot wait for elected officials who only talk and do nothing.
The president and his predecessors have tried to work with congress and the gridlock in congress is just too great, so the president and his administrators are forced to act, these things must get done for the good of the people and the country.
The Lord warned us of the spirit of antichrist who would be lawless and that is always how a country looses its liberty and freedom, lawlessness.
We should not be fooled by the bathroom theater because it is smoke and mirrors for the real agenda of this government and the spirit controlling it. President Obama cares nothing for the poor confused people making fools of themselves, he and his allies are only working to smash America into smaller pieces and change its very nature to enslave us once more to what the Lord has freed us, sin.
