Debt, it sounds good when you need to borrow the money but when it is time to pay the piper, not so much. College students across United States campuses were organized into protests Thursday to object to having to pay for school and carry debt.
This has been building for the last 7 years as America’s college debt has dramatically risen from less than $600 million to more than double that at $1.2 trillion. How did this happen?
Well it sounded good when President Obama loosened the purse strings to make it easier to take on student loans during the hey-day of the stimulus, but that easy money flooded the colleges with cash and because of the Great Recession more students, a lot more students and the cost of everything college related ballooned.
This laid the groundwork to open the communist playbook on fundamentally transforming a nation. When students accrue tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt it can take 10 or 20 years to repay, pretty much eliminating self reliance in education. Unlike when my grandmother raised turkeys to earn her degree in English at the community college and graduated debt free.
It is no surprise that students are demanding free college and debt forgiveness after such possibilities are being raised by the progressive communists running for president. It is right from the “Rules for Radicals” by Saul Alinsky, create a crisis and use that crisis to change things.
But it is really from Satan’s thinking. Steal, kill and destroy and discourage a God focused independence and work ethic and replace it with enslavement to the devil’s world order and dependence on him and his government.
It is no accident that these protests coincide with a minimum wage strike two days ago and the racial unrest that is also happening on college campuses that are creating great strife and division. After all the teaching to divide and concur also comes from the enemy.
